Starting out as a framer, then going into trim carpentry and moving on to ten years as a manager for a local builder, Tony has learned everything from the ground up. These experiences have given him the knowledge and ability to manage every detail of your custom home. In 1994, he started out on his own, then successfully incorporated as Tony Schrank Builder’s Inc. in 1997, and has been going strong ever since. Tony is a “hands on builder,” managing all jobs himself, and is on site daily. As a homeowner you deal with him directly, rather than an hourly paid employee. By using the same quality contractors on each home, large or small, he proudly stands behind his work.

Tony served as the President of the Home Builder Association of Southern Indiana, was voted “Builder of the Year” in 2002, and is still an active member today. Throughout his career, he has won numerous awards for his distinctive homes.

As a Southern Indiana native, and living there still with his wife and three of his four boys, he certainly knows the area well. He is an active member of Holy Family Church in New Albany. Hiking, camping, and especially watching his children play sports is what he enjoys during his free time.
